How many auctions can I win ?
SnagitLow.com users are limited to winning a maximum of 30 auctions in any given month.
How long do auctions last?
Auctions last on snagitlow.com until the countdown clock reaches zero. Each time a new bid is placed 15 seconds are added onto the countdown clock unless otherwise specified.
What are the shipping charges for each auction?
Shipping charges vary by auction and can be seen at the bottom of the items detail listing.

How do I bid on snagitlow.com?
To bid on snagitlow you must first register for a FREE account. Once registered you must purchase a bid package to add bids to your account. Now all you have to do is choose an auction and start bidding to win!

What are the bid increments on snagitlow.com?
The default bid increment on snagitlow.com is $0.01 (1 cent). Each time a user places a bid the price of the product increases by this amount unless otherwise specified. Some auctions will have different increments which can be seen in a blue box below the auction thumbnail image or above the countdown clock on the auction detail page.
What is the auto-snagit?
The auto-snagit is an automated bidding system which allows you to place bids without having to wait on the auction. You choose at what prices you would like for your auto-snagit to start bidding, and how many bids you would like for it to place.
What bids are shown in the Bidding History on the auction detail page?
The Bidding History only displays the 10 most recent bids that were placed for the selected auction.
What is the difference between a Single Bid and an Auto-Snagit Bid?
A single bid is placed manually by a logged in bidder, while the auto-snagit bid is placed by a user's automating bidding assistant the auto-snagit. See above for more info on the auto-snagit.
What is SnagitLow?
SnagitLow allows the user to purchase the item he is bidding on at anytime while the current auction is still active. The item is sold to the user at a discounted price based on the number of bids the user placed on the auction. Once the auction ends you can no longer SnagitLow. A user can only Snag an item once per auction.

What is My snagitlow?
My snagitlow is your user control panel where you manage your contact information, auction, and payment activity. You can edit your account information, purchase bids to be used in the auctions, and make payments for auctions you have won or items you snag. Your account keeps track of your auction and bidding history, and you can also manage your Auto-Snagits from the control panel.
How do I purchase bids?
You can purchase bids by clicking on the Purchase Bids link in the left hand menu of the My snagitlow menu or clicking on the Click here to purchase some bids link under the Things to Do under My Dash Board on the My snagitlow home page. Simply choose which bid package you would like to purchase and continue with the secure online payment. Remember, the larger the bid package the more you will save per bid.
How do I pay for auctions that I have won?
To pay for your won auctions click on the Won Auctions link in the left hand menu under My snagitlow or View your won auctions under My Dash Board on the My Account page. Simply click the Pay Now link next to the item you would like to pay for and continue with the secure online payment. As soon as your payment is made the status of the item will change from Unpaid to Paid.
